Use a non-abrasive, solvent-free neutral soap or detergent with water and a soft cloth

Rinse well with clean lukewarm water

Dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spotting

Refer to the device’s user manual for detailed instructions

Turn off the device and unplug it from the power source

Gather necessary cleaning tools and materials

Clean the outer heat sink according to the instructions in the device’s installation guide

Inspect the heat sink for any remaining debris

Is the heat sink free of debris?

Plug the device back into the power source and turn it on

Set the regulator gauge on the gas cylinder to 0.5 bar (7 psi)

Remove the caps from the inlet valve and the pressure relief valve

Repeat the filling process a total of 3 times

Place the chuck on the inlet valve and press down to fill the camera with nitrogen

Verify that the gas is flowing out by placing your hand over the pressure relief valve

Lift the pressure relief valve to let the overpressure out of the camera unit

Bracket Inspection and Cleaning

Inspect the bracket for insects and dirt

Remove any insects and dirt from the bracket

Is the camera installed on an Axis bracket?

Install AXIS T91A6 Pipe Seal inside the bracket if applicable

Perform tasks on the camera’s webpage (live view)

Verify browser compatibility for device access

Go to Settings > System > Maintenance > Reports and click View the server report

Is the PTZ counter above the (x) value?

Actions Based on PTZ Counter Value

Continue using the camera while observing its behavior if the counter is above (x) but functioning normally
