Verify browser compatibility for device access

Go to Settings > System > Maintenance > Reports and click View the server report

Is the PTZCounter value above the threshold (x)?

Continue using the camera while observing its behavior if the PTZCounter is above (x) but functions normally

Use a non-abrasive, solvent-free neutral soap or detergent with water and a soft cloth.

Rinse well with clean lukewarm water.
