Have a major overhaul on the machine (contact Busch)

WARNING — The machine is contaminated with hazardous material

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment if the machine is contaminated with hazardous material

Ensure any disassembly beyond the manual is carried out by Busch-approved technicians

Decontaminate the machine if it has conveyed gas contaminated with hazardous materials

State the contamination status in a 'Declaration of Contamination'

Use only manufacturer approved oil

Stop the machine and lock it to prevent accidental start-up

Check that all the parts are in place

Check the inlet screen (IS), clean if necessary.

Check the inlet filter cartridge, replace if necessary.

Select the type of spare inlet filter cartridge used

Clean the machine from dust and dirt.

Check the coupling (CPL) for backlash and wear.

Ensure no inappropriate cleaners are used to avoid removing safety stickers and protective paint.

Stop the machine and lock it to prevent accidental start-up.

Vent the connected lines to atmospheric pressure.

Are all connections disconnected if necessary?
