Wait 1 minute before checking the oil level after shutdown

Ensure oil level is between the middle of the oil sight glass and 3mm above it

Fill up cooling liquid if necessary

Check the machine for oil leaks

Carry out a visual inspection of the machine

Clean the machine from dust and dirt

Electrical Connections and Monitoring Devices

Check the electrical connections

Optional Accessories Maintenance

Check the filter of the gas ballast valve (GB)

Change the gas ballast filter if necessary

Change the oil of the gear and bearing housings (both sides)

Ensure correct oil type is used

Write down the oil change date on the sticker

Is there a sticker on the machine?

Order sticker from Busch representative if not present

Verify cooling liquid specifications
