After every 16,000 operational hours or every 2 years

Check for unusual wear and tear or obvious damage

Check for correct alignment and stability

Determine the resistance (pressure loss) of the starting strainer

Is the resistance within the maximum limit of 45-50 mbar?

Ensure the inside of the pipe is clean to prevent machine damage from suctioned grease

Has the resistance increased during the first 500 operating hours while the starting strainer remains clean?

Remove the starting strainer and replace it with the provided adjusting ring if resistance has increased

Has the resistance exceeded the maximum limit indicating contamination?

Ensure the inside of the pipe is clean to prevent machine damage from suctioned grease

Draining - Version with Oil System

Allow the lube oil to cool down to ambient temperature to avoid scalding risk

Observe the volume of the waste oil and have an oil-resistant receptacle ready

Open the oil opening on the oil filling container to ensure smooth oil flow

Feed the drain hose into the receptacle

Remove the sealing cap from the drain valve and twist the drain hose onto the drain valve

Guide all emerging lube oil into the receptacle to prevent slipping

Remove the drain hose; The drain valve closes automatically

Screw the sealing cap onto the drain valve
