Check the drain valve for firm seating

Check that the sealing cap of the drain valve is firmly in place

Ensure that the ventilation pipe in the oil filling container is unobstructed

Fill 3/4 of the listed quantity of oil

Wait 5 - 10 minutes for the lube oil to flow

Check and adjust the lube oil level on the machine stage's oil level displays

Draining - Version with Oil System

Allow the lube oil to cool down to ambient temperature to avoid scalding risk

Observe the volume of the waste oil and have an oil-resistant receptacle ready

Open the oil opening on the oil filling container to ensure smooth oil flow

Feed the drain hose into the receptacle

Remove the sealing cap from the drain valve and twist the drain hose onto the drain valve

Guide all emerging lube oil into the receptacle to prevent slipping

Remove the drain hose; The drain valve closes automatically

Screw the sealing cap onto the drain valve

8.2.1 Maintenance schedule for normal operation

Check flexible pipe connections on the discharge and intake sides for tightness

Replace flexible pipe connections if necessary

Checking intake-side pipelines for tightness

Check pipelines for tightness (visual inspection)

Replace seals or bushing if there are leaks

Reinforce the pipelines if necessary

Disassemble leaking pipe connections

Ensure personnel are service personnel

Check the condition of the belts. Replace if necessary

Ensure belts are replaced as a set

Lift the hinged motor support using the hinge jig

Turn guide bushing (pos.3) anti-clockwise using the ratchet wrench

Raise the hinged motor support until the belts are fully relieved of tension
