Allow the lube oil to cool down to ambient temperature to avoid scalding risk.
Prepare for oil draining
Open the oil opening on the oil filling container.
Feed the drain hose into the receptacle.
Remove the sealing cap from the drain valve and twist the drain hose onto the drain valve.
Guide all emerging lube oil into the receptacle to avoid slipping risk.
Remove the drain hose; The drain valve closes automatically.
Screw the sealing cap onto the drain valve.
1 Weekly Belt Guard Inspection
8.2.1 Maintenance schedule for normal operation — Weekly
Check for damage and thorough stability of the belt guard
Remove dirt from the belt guard
Is it necessary to tighten the belt guard fastener?
Is there any lubricant bleeding out of the drive motor?
Remove any dirt from the outer belt guard
Is the belt guard insufficiently stable or damaged?
4000 Hourly / 6 Monthly Acoustic Hood Openings Inspection
Checking the inlet and exhaust air openings on the acoustic hood
Visual inspection of the supply air and exhaust air openings on the acoustic hood
Clean the openings. Remove dirt
Checking fan operation
Check the direction of flow in the operating position with a closed acoustic hood. Observe the information in the installation drawing
Is exhaust air extracted from the acoustic hood?
Replacing the fan
Open the maintenance elements of the acoustic hood
Loosen the screws for attaching the fan
4000 Hourly / 6 Monthly Belts Inspection
General Instructions
Review relevant chapters and personnel requirements
Check the condition of the belts and replace if necessary
Version with Lifting Device
Lift the hinged motor support using the hinge jig
Turn guide bushing (pos.3) anti-clockwise using the ratchet wrench
Raise the hinged motor support until the belts are fully relieved of tension
Replace belts as a set
Observe the permissible groove layout
