Preparation
Ensure the equipment has been operating for at least 4,000 hours or 6 months since the last oil change.
Is the discharge temperature over 140 °C?
Oil Draining and Filling
Follow the full oil draining and filling procedure as described in Initial 500 Hours Lube Oil Change.
Personnel
Ensure service personnel are available for the procedure.
4000 Hourly / 6 Monthly Belts Inspection
General Instructions

Ensure personnel are service personnel
Check the condition of the belts and replace if necessary
Version with Lifting Device
Lift the hinged motor support using the hinge jig
Turn guide bushing (pos.3) anti-clockwise using the ratchet wrench
Raise the hinged motor support until the belts are fully relieved of tension
Replace belts as a set
Initial 500 Hours Starting Strainer Check
Maintenance schedule for normal operation
Determine the resistance (pressure loss) of the starting strainer
Is the resistance within the maximum limit of 45-50 mbar?
Ensure the inside of the pipe is clean
Removal and replacement
Did the resistance increase during the first 500 operating hours?
Is the starting strainer clean?
Remove the starting strainer and replace it with the provided adjusting ring
