Performing checks after commissioning — After the first 3 operating hours
Re-tighten screws if necessary after the machine has cooled down
Check intake pressure valve for correct operation
Check oil level and correct if necessary
Check and align the sheaves, correct if necessary
Check condition of the belts, change if necessary, establish cause
Check control system, fault transmitter, pressure and temperature sensors for correct operation
Ensure motor overload protection is connected and active
Check for accumulation of preservative oil and remove if necessary

Checking the inlet and exhaust air openings on the acoustic hood
Visual inspection of the supply air and exhaust air openings on the acoustic hood
Clean the openings. Remove dirt
Checking fan operation
Check the direction of flow in the operating position with a closed acoustic hood. Observe the information in the installation drawing
Is exhaust air extracted from the acoustic hood?
Replacing the fan
Open the maintenance elements of the acoustic hood
Loosen the screws for attaching the fan
16000 Hourly / 2 Yearly Non-Return Flap Inspection
Checking the non-return flap
Loosen the fastening screws and lightly impact the flange cover to loosen the sealing.
Remove the non-return flap from the housing.
Carry out a visual inspection of the non-return flap.
Is the sealing acceptable?
Assembling the non-return flap
Remove dirt, grease, and used sealing agent from the flange surface.
Apply sealing agent to the flange surface of the housing.
Guide the non-return flap into the housing and remove any bleeding sealing agent.
