Have all necessary replacement parts been changed?

Have all expendable parts been replaced?

Ensure Manufacturer's customer service division is present

Conduct a thorough inspection of the blower

Gas-Tight Drive Shaft Grease Replacement

Check if the machine has a gas-tight shaft seal (optional)

Ensure service personnel are available

Follow the full grease pressing procedure as described in Initial 500 Hours Gas-Tight Drive Shaft Grease Lubrication

Check pipelines for tightness (visual inspection)

Replace seals or bushing if there are leaks

Reinforce the pipelines if necessary

Disassemble leaking pipe connections
