Tension adjuster bolt backed off

Chain link undone and replaced with a new one of the appropriate length

Chain tension adjusted by turning the adjuster clockwise

Four (4) bolts on the drive box that secures the transmission tightened

Sign off on the chain replacement

Sign off on the cam followers check

Ensure that dancer bar is fully retracted to home position

Install or adjust cam with an angle of 60° approx

Adjust the sensor so it barely touches Cam

At maximum dancer bar travel, make sure that sensor to cam gap is approx. 8mm (5/16\)"

If necessary repeat step 3, slightly modifying the angle to meet step 7 requirements

Make sure that minimum sensor to cam gap is not more than .005\ -. 010\""
