Chains Adjustment

Park the vehicle on a flat surface and set the mast in vertical position (pull on the parking brake).

Check mark

Lower the forks to the ground and adjust the adjusting nut to eliminate any bends in the chain (side opposite the carriage).

Remove the fork.

Check mark

Check that the chain tension is the same on both sides.

Check the X measurement against the standard measure: Standard size X = 76 mm (2.99 in).

Adjust to eliminate any chain sag by turning the nylon adjusting nut.

Check that the chain is not twisted.

Check mark

Check that the lifting height meets the standard.

In the upper position, check that the lifting rod stop plate on the inner mast is not in contact with the lifting rod.

Rear Axle Cylinder Disassembling

1) Remove the steering cylinder from the axle.

3) Remove the piston rod. [Point 1]

4) Inspect the cylinder. [Point 2]

Measure the external diameter of the piston rod.

Distributor Disassembling

1) Remove the footboard.

2) Remove the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal and relative wiring harnesses.

3) Disconnect the distributor wiring harness.

Check mark

4) Remove the distributor supports and flexible pipes / rigid pipes.

5) Remove the distributor.

NOTICE! Check the hydraulic oil level and add more if insufficient.;

Fork Plate Roller Adjustment

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Measure the distance from the center of the upper lifting roller to the upper end of the inner mast

Is the measured distance 100 mm?

Check mark

Push the fork plate on one side to bring the roller into contact with the mast

Measure the play of the central and lower lifting rollers

Adjust the RH pads for half the play

Check mark

Enter the thickness of the shim used on the LH side

Was the shim immovable after tightening the adjustment screw?

Mast Pressure Sensor Disassembling

Lower the forks to the ground, tilt the mast forwards and switch off the machine

Disconnect the battery connector

Remove the footboard

Disconnect the mast pressure sensor wiring harness

Remove the mast pressure sensor (tightening torque T = 26 Nm)
