Chains Adjustment
Park the vehicle on a flat surface and set the mast in vertical position (pull on the parking brake).
Lower the forks to the ground and adjust the adjusting nut to eliminate any bends in the chain (side opposite the carriage).
Remove the fork.
Check that the chain tension is the same on both sides.
Check the X measurement against the standard measure: Standard size X = 76 mm (2.99 in).
Adjust to eliminate any chain sag by turning the nylon adjusting nut.
Check that the chain is not twisted.
Check that the lifting height meets the standard.
In the upper position, check that the lifting rod stop plate on the inner mast is not in contact with the lifting rod.
Rear Axle Cylinder Disassembling
1) Remove the steering cylinder from the axle.
3) Remove the piston rod. [Point 1]
4) Inspect the cylinder. [Point 2]
Reassembly Procedure:
The assembly procedure is the reverse of the disassembly procedure.
NOTICE! Before assembly, coat with hydraulic oil.
Inspection:
Measure the external diameter of the piston rod.
Limit: 49.92 mm
Distributor Disassembling
1) Remove the footboard.
2) Remove the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal and relative wiring harnesses.
3) Disconnect the distributor wiring harness.
4) Remove the distributor supports and flexible pipes / rigid pipes.
5) Remove the distributor.
Reassembly Procedure:
The assembly procedure is the reverse of the disassembly procedure.
NOTICE! Check the hydraulic oil level and add more if insufficient.;
Fork Plate Roller Adjustment
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Measure the distance from the center of the upper lifting roller to the upper end of the inner mast
Is the measured distance 100 mm?
Push the fork plate on one side to bring the roller into contact with the mast
Measure the play of the central and lower lifting rollers
Adjust the RH pads for half the play
Enter the thickness of the shim used on the LH side
Was the shim immovable after tightening the adjustment screw?
Enter the measured value of C
Mast Pressure Sensor Disassembling
Lower the forks to the ground, tilt the mast forwards and switch off the machine
Disconnect the battery connector
Remove the footboard
Disconnect the mast pressure sensor wiring harness
Remove the mast pressure sensor (tightening torque T = 26 Nm)
Reassembly Procedure: The assembly procedure is the reverse of the disassembly procedure
After replacing the sensor, the vehicle settings must be repeated (see heading CALIBRATIONS)
