- Measure Valve clearance (IDZ-II·2Z)

- Measure main body compression

- Retighten cylinder head bolt loosening

- Measure injection nozzle injection pressure and spray status

- Inspect radiator rubber mount;

Replace Torque converter oil filter

Replace Cyclone air cleaner element

Replace Brake valve rubber parts

Replace Cups and seals for brake master and wheel cylinders

Sign off on the replacement procedure

Inspect for play and looseness in the steering wheel

Inspect the function of the steering wheel

Retighten looseness in mounting of the gear box

Inspect rod, links and arm for looseness and damage

Inspect for oil leaks in the power steering

Inspect for looseness in mounting and linkage of power steering

Inspect for king pin looseness in the knuckle

Sign off on the steering system maintenance

Inspect loosening and damage of cylinder mounting

Inspect deformation and damage of rod, rod screw and rod end

Measure natural drop and natural forward tilt

Inspect for oil leaks and damage in the cylinder

Inspect for wear and damage of the pin and cylinder bearing

Inspect for oil leaks and abnormal sound from the oil pump

Inspect fork and stopper pin for abnormality

Inspect for misalignment between left and right fork fingers

Inspect each part for deformation, damage, and cracks at welded parts

Inspect mast and lift bracket for looseness

Inspect wear, damage, and rotating condition of rollers

Inspect mast trip for wear and damage

Inspect tension, deformation, and damage of chain

Inspect for abnormality in chain anchor bolt
