Cylinder (FV - FW) Disassembling
Lock the cylinder in the vice.
Position a container to collect the oil.
Remove the bushing from the cylinder (upper side).
Remove the piston rod.
Remove the seals from the piston rod.
Remove the descent braking device.
Remove the parachute valve (descent safety valve).
Remove the cylinder.
Reassembly Procedure: The assembly procedure is the reverse of the disassembly procedure.
Mast Group FW Disassembling
Remove the mast lifting height switch
Disconnect the overflow hose and high pressure hoses
Disconnect the chains
Remove the fork carriage assembly
Remove the pulley support (chain and hydraulic pipes)
Remove the central lift cylinder support and the bolt set from the bottom of each cylinder
Remove the central lift cylinders
Remove the bolt set from the ends of the rods on each cylinder and remove the end parts of the rods
Remove all the cylinder supports
Multi-Display Disassembling
Dismantling procedure:
1) Open the battery cover.
2) Disconnect the battery connector.
3) Remove the dashboard.
4) Disconnect the electrical wiring.
5) Remove the display.
Assembly procedure:
The assembly procedure is the reverse of the disassembly procedure.
After replacing the card, the vehicle settings must be repeated (see heading CALIBRATIONS).;

Two forks removed from the carriage
2 screws replaced with appropriate eyebolts and fixed to the bridge crane
2 stop hooks removed [Point 1]
Fork plate removed by sliding upwards with the bridge crane
Upper guide shoes replaced [Point 2]
Rollers replaced [Point 3]
Pump Motor Disassembling
Remove the battery
Remove the hydraulic oil from the tank
Disconnect the power cables and the wiring from the pump motor
Disconnect the piping from the priority valve (4 wheel version)
Disconnect the hoses from the pump
Unscrew the pump motor fixing nuts
Remove the pump motor
Remove the speed sensor (150)
Remove the sensor cover (240)
