Circuit Board and Component Check

Check that all the parts are clean

Heatsink Inspection and Cleaning

Measure the temperature of the heatsink

Use pressurized air to clean the heatsink if necessary

Open the fan to clean the module if necessary

System General Running Status and Environment

Check the PCS for visible damages or deformation

Check the PCS for any abnormal noise during running

Check each parameter of the PCS during normal operation

Is the enclosure temperature normal with the thermal imager?

Check the dust and air inlet filter

Terminal and Cable Connection Inspection

Check the following terminal conditions

Re-fasten loose screws with a screwdriver if necessary

Perform a visual check of the device terminal connection and cable layout

Power Cable Connections Inspection

Check if the power cable connections are loose

Retighten loose power cable connections with specified torque if necessary

Check if the power cables are damaged

Check if the control cables are damaged

Inspect if the surface in contact with metal is damaged

Check if the wrap belt of the connection terminals is strip-off

Inspect metal components for corrosion

Have the contactors been checked this year?

Measure the insulation resistance
