Power Cable Connections Inspection

Check if the power cable connections are loose

Retighten loose power cable connections with specified torque if necessary

Check if the power cables are damaged

Check if the control cables are damaged

Inspect if the surface in contact with the metal is damaged

Check if the wrap belt of the connection terminals is strip-off

Save running data, parameters and logs to a disk or a file

Terminal and Cable Connection Inspection

Check if the screws of the control terminals are loose and refasten if necessary

Check if the terminals of the main circuit are in poor contact or if the screws are hot

Check for discoloration on the connection busbar or screws

Perform a visual check of the device terminal connection and cable layout

Inspect metal components for corrosion

Have the contactors been checked this year?
