Hold a paper clip loosely in your hand

Activate the solenoid by pressing base down on the footswitch or touchpad

Is there a pull on the paper clip when the solenoid is activated?

WARNING: Ensure power is turned off before beginning the procedure

Disconnect the solenoid power at the chair board’s base solenoid terminal strip (J7)

Place one Ohm meter probe on each of the solenoid wires

Enter the measured resistance value

Is the solenoid resistance within the acceptable range of 35 Ohms (Ω) ± 6.6 Ohms (Ω)?

Reconnect the solenoid power at the chair board’s base solenoid terminal strip (J7)

Swivel Brake Engagement and Release

Can the chair rotate to any position within 30° either side of center?

Does the swivel brake lock the chair in the selected position?

Engage the brake by pushing the brake lever firmly to the left.

Release the swivel brake by pushing the brake lever to the right.

Does the chair have the swivel brake feature?

Remove the swivel brake to disable the swivel feature.

Does the chair swivel with the brake engaged?

Is the chair difficult to move with the brake disengaged?

Move the brake handle to the right.

Does the chair include a back mount module?

Swivel the chair to access the adjustment screw if a back mount module is present.

Use a 7/64" hex key to adjust the tension screw.

Two-Position Armrests Adjustment

Reposition the armrests to the forward position

Reposition the armrests to the back position

Armrest Rotation Tension Adjustment

Adjust the armrest tension using a 5/32" hex key
