Blower Replacement
Preparation
Unplug power cord
Disassembly
Remove the front cover
Remove the screws attaching blower inlet ring
Remove the screws mounting impeller to underside of base plate
Disconnect the blower leads
Reassembly
Reassemble the new blower using the disassembly procedure in reverse
Thermistor Replacement
Disassembly
Remove top cover and filter
Remove screws holding front filter bracket
Remove the filter bracket and foam block underneath
Remove screws holding the control panel in place
Thermistor Replacement
Pull the thermistor probe from the evaporator coil
Reinsert the new probe into the existing hole
Route the thermistor wire along the side of the heat exchanger
Condensate Pump Replacement
Preparation
Unplug the unit
Pump Removal
Remove the rear skidplate
Unplug the pump wires from the wire harness
Remove the condensate hose and the screw attaching the pump bracket to the base
Pump Replacement
Replace the following components in reverse order
Post Replacement Check
