CAUTION: Avoid damaging wiring or tubing during removal or replacement.

Motor Pump Cover Removal and Replacement

Remove the screw from each side of the motor pump cover.

Lift Arm Cover Removal and Replacement

Position the chair so it is raised half way up.

Pull one side of the lift arm cover until it releases from the lift arm.

Align one side of the cover with the lift arm and insert it into place.

Ensure both sides of the lift arm cover are firmly attached.

Two-Position Armrests Adjustment

Armrest Rotation Tension Adjustment

Adjust the armrest tension using a 5/32" hex key

Turn counterclockwise to loosen

Position the headrest to access the screws

Loosen the two screws on the back of the headrest

Remove the upholstery from the headrest

Position the headrest to access the screws

Place the upholstery on the headrest

Does the chair swivel with the brake engaged?

Is the chair difficult to move with the brake disengaged?

Move the brake handle to the right

Does the chair include a back mount module?

Swivel the chair to access the adjustment screw if a back mount module is present

Use a 7/64" hex key to adjust the tension screw

Hold a paper clip loosely in your hand

Activate the solenoid by pressing base down on the footswitch or touchpad

Is there a pull on the paper clip?
