Press and hold the RAISE button (Run Pump) to operate

CAUTION: This equipment should not be operated or serviced except by trained personnel.

Is the leveler supported by the Safety Pin?

Check hydraulic fluid level in tank

Press and hold the RAISE button (Run Pump) to operate for 35 seconds.

CAUTION: Trained Personnel Only

NOTE: Follow maintenance procedures as outlined

Perform all Daily and 90 Days Maintenance

Check that all concrete anchor bolts are torqued to 100 ft-lbs

Ensure no one is standing in the path of the leveler

Engage Maintenance Pin properly

Position the RHV leveler in the vertical/stored position

Disconnect the power and follow LOCKOUT/TAGOUT procedures

Has the leveler been out of service for an extended period?

Follow procedure for filling cylinder if leveler was out of service

Ensure no one is standing in the path of the leveler

Engage Maintenance Pin properly

Position the RHV leveler in the vertical/stored position

Disconnect the power and follow LOCKOUT/TAGOUT procedures

Press the RAISE button to move the leveler to the 'full back, over center' position

Check that the leveler is tilted back the proper distance using a 4’ level or plumb line

Adjust the tilt back by adjusting the nut on the leveler tilt back rod, if necessary

Has the leveler been out of service for an extended period?

Operate the pump by pressing and holding the RAISE button for

Remove debris on and around leveler

Check unit for proper operation
