Cart Adjustment
Work Surface Height Adjustment
Securely hold the cart top so it will not drop, loosen the knob.
Lift or lower the cart top until the work surface is at the desired height.
Firmly tighten the knob. If the top lowers, the knob was not tightened enough.
Left/Right Conversion
Rotate the assistant’s arm to the opposite side of the work surface.
Work Surface Leveling
Place a leveling device on the work surface.
Check for level

Determine the tilt direction of the unit
If the unit tilts forward from the wall
Place a leveling device on the work surface
Loosen the bottom two mounting screws
Install the leveling setscrews in the bottom two holes and tighten until level
Retighten the mounting screws
If the unit tilts toward the wall
Place a leveling device on the work surface
Arm Brake Adjustment
Pre-Adjustment Checks
Ensure arm spring tension is adjusted prior to brake adjustment
Is the brake on/off toggle in the ON position?
Check if air pressure is at least 60 psi
Brake Adjustment Procedure
Move the brake on/off toggle to the OFF position
Remove the plug from the access hole on the left side of the arm
Push down on the arm until the inner hole lines up with the outer hole, then insert a 5/32" hex key
Adjust the brake
