Inspect the fan blade for issues

Is replacement of the fan necessary?

Terminal and Cable Connection Inspection

Check the following terminal and cable connections

Visual check the device terminal connection and cable layout

Were any screws refastened with a screwdriver?

Power Cable Connections Inspection

Check if the power cable connections are loose

Retighten loose connections with specified torque if necessary

Check if the power cables are damaged

Check if the control cables are damaged

Inspect the surface of cables in contact with metal for damage

Check if the wrap belt of the connection terminals is strip-off

System General Running Status and Environment

Check the PCS for visible damages or deformation

Check the PCS for any abnormal noise during running

Check each parameter of the PCS during normal operation

Check if the enclosure temperature is normal with the thermal imager

Circuit Board and Component Cleaning

Check that all the parts are clean

Measure the temperature of the heatsink

Use pressurized air to clean the heatsink if necessary

Open the fan to clean the module if necessary
