Check truck data plate and decals for legibility

Remove all string, wrapping, and debris from wheels

Check return of steering arm to upper position

Check key switch or optional toggle switch

Check operation of travel direction/speed selectors

Check for crack formation and damage on Frame / Chassis

Retighten truck body fastening bolts (to chassis)

Check correct clearance of brake shoes for adjustment

Check fasteners on Steering Arm

Check control wiring harness for proper routing in Electrical Control System

Check battery doors and rollers

Clean and check mounting to chassis in Electrical Panel

Check cable connections for tightness in Electrical Panel

Check all connections: battery, battery and charger plugs

Check all cell and link covers intact

Check overall condition of battery

Drain, flush and refill hydraulic system

Check for arcing due to poor connections

Check tightness of all connections

Check for abnormal noise in motor bearings
