Frame / Chassis: Check for crack formation and damage

Frame / Chassis: Retighten truck body fastening bolts (to chassis)

Frame / Chassis: Check cover screws

Brake: Check correct clearance of brake shoes for adjustment

Electrical Control System: Check control wiring harness for proper routing

Battery: Check battery doors and rollers

Electrical Panel: Clean and check mounting to chassis

Electrical Panel: Check cable connections for tightness

Check for arcing due to poor connections in motors

Check tightness of all connections in motors

Check for abnormal noise in motor bearings

Check for proper fluid level in drive unit

Check for leaks in drive unit if fluid is low

Check truck data plate and decals for legibility

Remove all string, wrapping, and debris from wheels

Check return of steering arm to upper position

Check key switch or optional toggle switch

Check operation of travel direction/speed selectors

Grease caster and caster wheels

Check all connections: battery, battery and charger plugs

Check all cell and link covers intact
