(1) Adjustment of ATC Speed
As shown in the hydraulic circuit diagram and the diagram titled the arrangement of solenoid valves - ATC, the following hydraulic cylinders and valves are provided for ATC operation:
A. Magazine CLAMP cylinder
B. Magazine rotation motor
C. Magazine SLOW DOWN
D. Magazine pot rotation cylinder
E. Tool change arm UP/DOWN cylinder
F. Tool change arm 60° ROTATION cylinder
G. Tool change arm 180° ROTATION cylinder
Guideway Gib Adjustment
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Spindlehead Gib on Column Guideway
Upload a photo of the spindlehead before starting the procedure
Telescopic covers above and below the spindlehead removed?
Lube oil pipes and wipers removed?
Tapered gib strips, adjusting screws and their nuts exposed?
Adjustment Procedure
Lock nut loosened using the wrench supplied with the machine?

1 Weekly Vertical Machining Center Maintenance
Check oil level in the hydraulic power unit
Check oil level in the lube oil supply tank of the spindlehead lubrication system
Clean the air filter
1 Monthly Vertical Machining Center Maintenance
Lubricate ATC magazine chains and links using a hand oiler (except for 15-/20-tool ATC)
Check machine level
Change hydraulic oil and lube oil for the spindlehead lubrication system
Clean the coolant tank
Note: Steps 2 and 3 are to be performed at the first month after machine installation only
