High Pressure Switch and High Pressure Sensor Disassembling

Service panel removed
Top panel removed
Front cover panel removed
Rear cover panel removed
Side panel (R) removed
Lead wire of high pressure switch and high pressure sensor pulled out
Electrical parts box removed
Refrigerant recovered
Service anf Top Panels Disassembling
Removing the service panel and top panel
Remove 3 service panel fixing screws (5 × 12)
Slide the hook on the right downward to remove the service panel
Remove screws (2 for front, 3 for rear/5 × 12) of the top panel
Remove the top panel
Sign off on the disassembling process
Bypass Valve Coil Replacement
Removing bypass valve coil (SV1) and bypass valve
Remove the service panel
Remove the top panel
Remove the cover panel (front)
Remove the cover panel (rear)
Remove the side panel (R)
Remove the bypass valve coil fixing screw (M4 × 6)
Remove the bypass valve coil by sliding the coil upward
Disconnect the connector SV1 (gray) on the multi controller circuit board in the electrical parts box
Motor Fan Disassembling
Remove the service panel
Remove 4 fan grille fixing screws (5 × 12) to detach the fan grille
Remove a nut (for right handed screw of M6) to detach the propeller
Disconnect the connectors, CNF1 and CNF2 on multi controller board in electrical parts box
Remove 4 fan motor fixing screws (5 × 20) to detach the fan motor
Note: Tighten the propeller fan with a torque of 5.7 ± 0.3 N·m [4.2 ± 0.2 ft = lbs]
Sign off on the motor fan disassembling
Thermistors Disassembling
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Thermistors TH3 and TH4 pulled out from the sensor holder
