Impeller Removal
Observe and carry out notes and steps from Section 7.4.1 to Section 7.4.4
Ensure the back pull-out unit is in a clean and level assembly area
Undo impeller nut 922 (right-hand thread)
Remove impeller 230 with an impeller removal device
Place impeller 230 on a clean and level surface
Remove keys 940.01 from shaft 210
Remove and dispose of joint rings 411.31/411.32
Coupling Inspection
⛔ DANGER — Excessive Temperatures Caused By Friction, Impact Or Frictional Sparks. Explosion hazard! Fire hazard! Damage to the pump set!
Coupling Guard Inspection
Check the coupling guard and other guards for the following issues
Flexible Elements Inspection
Inspect the flexible elements of the coupling for signs of wear
Is the alignment of the coupling correct?
Replacement and Maintenance
Replace worn parts of the coupling if necessary
Ensure all replaced parts are properly aligned
Initial Motor Mounting
Check applicability of steps 1 and 2
Shift the motor to connect it to the pump via the coupling
Fasten the motor to the baseplate
Align pump and motor
Connect the motor to the power supply
The Medium-Duty Bearing Assembly Dismantling
Ensure all steps from Section 7.4.1 to Section 7.4.7 have been observed/carried out
Drive shaft 210 with angular contact ball bearing 320.02 and inner ring of cylindrical roller bearing 322.01 out of the bearing bracket towards the drive end
Remove disc 550.25 if grease lubrication is used
Remove support disc 550.23 of angular contact ball bearing 320.02 from bearing bracket 330
Remove cylindrical roller bearing 322.01 (roller cage) from bearing bracket 330
Remove disc 550.24 if grease lubrication is used
Bend open lockwasher 931.01 behind keywayed nut 920.21 on shaft 210
Unscrew keywayed nut 920.21 (right-hand thread) and remove lockwasher 931.01
