Check that all components are secure and functional

Component Adjustment or Replacement

Is the reverse stopping flap out of shape?

Replace the reverse stopping flap if necessary

Are the microswitch or photoelectrical sensor poorly connected?

Adjust or replace the microswitch or photoelectrical sensor if necessary

Ensure the main switch is shut off before cleaning

Use high pressure air to blow away all the material remains

Unscrew the tightening screws of hopper bowl and take it down.

Take down the retaining plate of control box.

Loosen the flange on the glass tube, take out the glass tube and make it clean.

Inspect the glass tube for any cracks or damages.

Is the glass tube free from material remains?

Reattach the glass tube and tighten the flange.

Check for worn-out electrical wires

Replace broken wires immediately if found

Cut off main power when checking the electrical wire

Check that the keys on the control panel are functioning well

Check material inlet and seal ring
