Make sure wire connections are secure and check for damage

Charge the battery after each discharge

After charging, check the electrolyte level of each battery cell and replenish as required

Is it necessary to add electrolyte with pure water up to the 'Max' electrolyte level marking (17)?

The electrolyte level should not be less than the 'Min' electrolyte marking (16) and must not exceed the 'Max' (17) marking

Quality of Water for Adding Electrolyte

The quality of the water used to add electrolyte must correspond to purified or distilled water

Warning: Only trained personnel should handle the batteries

If battery is discharged, proceed to charging

Do not add water to the battery

Sign off on the battery maintenance

Warning: This procedure should be performed by trained personnel only

Measure and record the voltages of all the cells with the charger switched on

Measure and record the electrolyte density in all the cells after charging

Measure and record the electrolyte temperature in all the cells after charging

Are the results similar to the previous ones?

If you find significant differences compared with the previous measurements or differences between the cells, contact the manufacturer's customer service department

Sign off on the battery maintenance

After re-charging, is there any visible dirt or physical damage?

Is the battery charged regularly according to the IU characteristic?

Carry out a compensation charge
