Operational Safety and Environmental Protection

Ensure no modifications have been made to the SLT 100 charger, especially its safety mechanisms.

Verify the use of original spare parts supplied by the manufacturer.

Dispose of old parts, oils, and fuels according to environmental protection regulations.

Safety Instructions During Servicing

Confirm maintenance and repair are carried out by qualified personnel.

Verify if the manufacturer's service department technicians are involved.

Disconnect the unit from the mains before starting cleaning work.

Is there sufficient ventilation at the assembly location?

Is the flow of cooling air through the charger unrestricted?

Is the charger away from radiators or similar heat sources?

Can flammable gases or dust mixtures penetrate inside the charger?

Is the charger placed on a solid and secure surface?

Measure the distance from the bottom of the charger to the battery (in meters)

Check the blue suction filter for soiling

Tip the blue insertion sleeve to the side
