Make sure wire connections are secure and check for damage

Lead acid batteries with armour plated cells and liquid electrolyte

– Charge the battery after each discharge

– After charging, check the electrolyte level of each battery cell and replenish as required:

– If necessary, add electrolyte with pure water up to the "Max" electrolyte level marking (17)

The electrolyte level should not be less than the "Min" electrolyte marking (16) and must not exceed the "Max" (17) marking

Warning: Only trained personnel should handle the batteries

If battery is discharged, proceed to charging

Do not add water to the battery

Sign off on the battery maintenance

Voltage of all cells with charger on

Electrolyte density after charging

Electrolyte temperature after charging

Compare the results with the previous ones

Significant differences compared with the previous measurements?

If you find significant differences compared with the previous measurements or differences between the cells, contact the manufacturer's customer service department

After re-charging, is there any dirt or physical damage?

Is the battery charged regularly according to the IU characteristic?
