Incident & Ethical Reports

To report an ethics issue/problem, fraudulent activity, or similar wrongdoing, email the ethics@getmaintainx.com hotline. (Anonymously or not.)

You should include details and evidence of instances of incidents (leaving out identifying information if you wish to remain anonymous).

Your report will be acknowledged (with a reply) within two business days following its reception.

Upon reception, an employee from upper management and with a high trust factor will be assigned to review the report, assess it, and follow up with you (possibly anonymously) adhering to a strict internal incident management policy.
