Who’s eligible to participate?
Any active MaintainX user (or formerly active MaintainX user) who is over the age of 18 and a legal resident of the United States of America or Canada is eligible to participate.
How do I receive my reward?
You will receive a link to redeem your reward from referrals@r.getmaintainx.com, offering options for any gift card you please.
What can my referral expect after I refer them?
- We’ll reach out to schedule their one-on-one tour with a product expert.
- Once they become a customer, both of you will receive a $500 gift card within 30 days.
Can I refer more than 1 person?
Yes. You may refer multiple people, but if you earn more than US$600 in a calendar year, you may be subject to tax reporting requirements. Read our full terms and conditions here.
