What We’ll Cover

You’ll have your pick of which topic speaks to you most, with an opportunity to engage in a challenge workshop alongside other attendees. The following breakouts will be available:

1. Parts Room Set Up

This workshop puts teams through a realistic scenario, taking over a parts operation built on tribal knowledge, with no standardization or agreement on what matters, and critical work orders. The value isn't in producing a perfect system, but in making visible the decisions that shape one and giving teams language to defend those choices to leadership and each other.

2. AI Launch Plan

This workshop covers various AI use cases, prioritization strategies, and strong, collaborative decision-making between technology and human perspective. The value isn’t in determining direct ROI of the AI implementation right away, but in committing to the journey of the future. What’s worth the investment, the change management, and the political capital?

3. The Gold Standard

This workshop puts leaders through a side-by-side experience with two global MaintainX environments running the same operation, and asks them to answer the kinds of questions a CFO, VP of Reliability, or board member would ask on any given day. The value isn't in winning the race—it's in feeling what makes the answer easy in one environment and nearly impossible in the other, and walking out with the playbook for which standards are worth fighting for at rollout.
