Identify members of your team that will be part of testing and implementing this integration, including your Verizon technical representative and members of your operations, logistics, and IT teams.

Schedule a meeting with your Verizon Technical Representative to discuss your objectives for integrating fleet data with MaintainX. This conversation will provide the necessary context for Verizon to develop a comprehensive statement of work tailored to your needs.

STEP 4:

A MaintainX integration consultant will meet with you to determine the scope of the integration before providing the cost and statement of work.

If you decide to move forward with this integration, your MaintainX integration consultant will configure custom fields, map data, and set up workflows to ensure seamless data flow between Verizon Fleet and MaintainX.

STEP 5:

Test the integration with your team, including the automatic triggers for work order creation. Start developing internal training material to set your users up for success.

STEP 6: 

MaintainX and Verizon Fleet are now in sync. Leverage this integration to optimize fleet performance, minimizing downtime and reducing costs.
