Turntable Motor Removal

Disconnect the power supply cord

Remove turntable and turntable support from oven cavity

Prepare the oven for motor removal

Lay the oven on its backside

Remove the turntable motor cover by snipping off the material in four corners

Ensure no sharp edges are evident after removal of the turntable motor cover

Disconnect wire leads from turntable motor

Remove the screw holding turntable motor to oven cavity

Confirm the turntable motor is free

Run this procedure

Power Transformer Removal

Preparation

Disconnect the power supply cord

Remove outer case

Oven Door Handling

Open the oven door

Block the oven door open

Discharge high voltage capacitor

Disconnecting Components

Disconnect wire leads from power transformer (primary and high voltage)

Run this procedure

Oven Lamp And Lamp Socket Removal

Preparation

Disconnect the power supply cord and remove outer case

Open the door and block it open

Safety Measures

Discharge high voltage capacitor

Oven Lamp and Socket Removal

Pull the wire leads from the oven lamp socket

Remove the screw from the oven lamp socket

Remove the oven lamp socket from the magnetron duct

Run this procedure

Door Sensing Switch/Secondary Interlock Switch / Monitor Switch Removal

Disconnect the power supply cord

Remove outer case

Open the door and block it open

Discharge high voltage capacitor

Disconnect wire leads from the switches

Remove screws holding latch hook to oven flange

Remove latch hook assembly from oven flange

Push outward on the retaining tabs holding switch in place

Ensure switch lever is free and secure it

Run this procedure

Ah Sensor Replacement

Preparation

Disconnect the power supply cord

Remove outer case

Access the Sensor

Open the door

Block the door open

Discharge high voltage capacitor

Remove AH Sensor

Remove the screws holding the AH sensor to the sensor duct
