Propeller / Outdoor Fan Motor Removal
Cabinet Removal
Remove the cabinet (Refer to 1)
Propeller Removal
Remove the propeller nut and the propeller
Was the propeller loosened in the rotating direction for removal?
Propeller Attachment
Align the mark on the propeller and the motor shaft cut section
Set the propeller in position using the cut on the shaft and the mark on the propeller
Fan Motor Lead Wires and Clamps
Cabinet Removal
Service Panel Removal
Remove the screw fixing the service panel
Pull down the service panel and remove it
Conduit Cover and Wiring
Remove the conduit cover
Disconnect the power supply wire and indoor/outdoor connecting wire
Top Panel Removal
Remove the screws fixing the top panel
Remove the top panel
Compressor Removal
Preparation
Remove the cabinet
Remove the relay panel
Remove the soundproof felt
Compressor Disconnection
Remove the terminal cover on compressor
Disconnect lead wires from the glass terminal of the compressor
Gas Recovery
Check the pressure gauge reading
