Remove microbial growth
Install a block-off to prevent spray from going into a dry section of the unit and/or system ductwork
Cleaning and Rinsing
Clean the contaminated area(s) with an EPA-approved sanitizer specifically designed for HVAC use
Rinse the affected surfaces thoroughly with fresh water and a fresh sponge
Repeat cleaning and rinsing if necessary
Refrigerant Coils Cleaning

Acknowledge understanding of the warning and safety instructions
Preparation
Disconnect all electrical power to the unit
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Cleaning Process
Use a soft brush to remove loose debris from both sides of the coil
Install a block-off to prevent spray from going through the coil
Mix a high-quality coil cleaning detergent with water according to the manufacturer’s instructions
Signal Strength Check
Power up a receiver with a 24 V transformer
Associate the sensor to a receiver of the same model intended for the job
Place the receiver at the desired location
Place or hold the sensor at the desired location
Press the Test button (S5) on the sensor
Observe the signal strength as indicated by LED1, LED2, and LED3 on model WZS
Observe the signal strength on the display on model WDS
Refer to 'Testing Signal Strength' for interpreting LEDs and display symbols
