Disconnect all electric power, including remote disconnects, before servicing.

Follow proper lockout/tagout procedures.

Verify that no power is present with a voltmeter.

Check fan wheel set screws whenever a component is removed or an adjustment is made.

Refer to Table 44 for recommendations and note any adjustments made.

Observe LED5 on the receiver. Is it On solid green?

Verify that the receiver is properly grounded. Are both the GND-SIGNAL (black) wire and the GND-POWER (yellow) wire grounded?

Press the Test button on the sensor.

Check LED indicators on Model WZS sensor

Note observations for Model WDS sensor display for battery life and signal strength

Verify that the receiver is powered.

Set the receiver address to 000 to force default mode values.

Ensure not to recharge the batteries

Use only UL-listed lithium batteries

Do not connect the sensor to a power supply

Select action if sensor is unused for extended period

Ensure no glass cleaner or solution is sprayed directly on the sensor

Apply glass cleaner to a soft, non-abrasive cloth

Gently wipe the sensor face, including buttons and LCD display

Use a premoistened towelette designed for lens or screen cleaning, if preferred

Avoid pressing Occupied/Unoccupied buttons on the WDS sensor

Choose method to remove nylon standoffs

If using the latch method, will the standoffs be retained on the metal panel?

Handling VelociTach Motor Control Board

Use an ESD protection wrist-strap

Touch a grounded surface frequently to discharge static buildup

Replace connectors carefully onto the appropriate board

Is the green wire attached to the engine board white connector?
