Turn the unit OFF and lock the main power disconnect switch open

Disconnect all electric power, including remote disconnects

Follow proper lockout/tagout procedures

Verify that no power is present with a voltmeter

Were the filters cleaned or replaced?

Acknowledge understanding of safety precautions regarding hazardous chemicals

Remove enough panels from the unit to gain access to the coil

Remove the access panel from the roof located next to the rear condenser fan

Protect all electrical devices such as motors and controllers from any over spray

Straighten any bent coil fins with a fin comb

Inspect indoor coil for dirt and debris accumulation

Check and replace air filters if necessary

Smoke Detector Functionality Check

Perform periodic checks on the smoke detector

Refer to smoke detector Installation and Maintenance Instructions

Check supply fan motor bearings

Repair or replace the motor as necessary

Electrical Components Inspection

Inspect control panels and control box

Check for loose electrical components and terminal connections

Check for damaged wire insulation

Hot Gas Reheat Additional Oil NOTICE

Measure the amount of oil removed during servicing

Enter the amount of oil to be replaced

Verify if the oil added is the correct type
