Powrmatic Heater LX90

Disconnect the electrode leads from the control box

Remove the screw securing the electrode assembly to the burner assembly side plate

Withdraw the electrode assembly

Fit the replacement electrode assembly

Remove screws fixing filter box side cover

Lift away filter box side cover

Withdraw original filters from the sliders

Fit replacement filters into the sliders

Reassemble filter box side cover in reverse order

Thermostat Settings Verification

Verify thermostat settings before fitment

Remove the screws securing the thermostat phial mounting plate to the inner bulkhead and withdraw assembly

Remove the electrical connections from the limit thermostat

Remove the securing nut and remove thermostat from the front panel

Fit replacement thermostat in reverse order

Disconnect the electrical connections to the centrifugal fan section

Remove the side panels of the section for access to the fan and motor

Fit replacements as appropriate and reassemble in reverse order

Ensure the direction of rotation is correct for 3-phase motor

Interchange any two of the three phases if the motor rotation is incorrect

Remove the burner assembly as described in Section 2.7.2

Remove the end plates of the burner assembly and the central burner support plate

Reassemble components in reverse order

Re-commission the appliance as described in Section 2.6
