Multifunctional Control Replacement
Remove the burner assembly as previously described in Section 7.2
Release the flanged connections at the inlet and outlet of the multifunctional control
Remove the multifunctional control
Reconnect the new valve ensuring correct orientation
Renew the sealing O-rings if necessary
Centrifugal Fan/Motor Replacement
Preparation
Disconnect the electrical connections to the centrifugal fan section
Remove the side panels of the section for access to the fan and motor
Replacement and Reassembly
Fit replacements as appropriate
Reassemble in reverse order
3-Phase Motor Check
Is a 3-phase motor being replaced?
Is the direction of rotation correct?
Limit Thermostat Replacement
Pre-Replacement Settings Check
Ensure thermostats are set correctly before fitment
Thermostat Removal
Remove the screws securing the thermostat phial mounting plate to the inner bulkhead
Withdraw assembly and unclip the phial
Remove the electrical connections from the limit thermostat
Remove the securing nut and remove thermostat from the front panel
Thermostat Replacement
Fit replacement thermostat in reverse order
Air Pressure Switch Replacement
Preparation
Disconnect electrical connections
Removal of Old Pressure Switch
Pull off the sensing tube from the air pressure switch
Note the setting of the old pressure switch
Remove the screws fixing the air pressure switch and remove switch
Installation of New Pressure Switch
Fit replacement in reverse order
Refit the sensing tube to the negative (- or L) tapping on the pressure switch
Electrode Assemblies Replacement
Disconnection and Removal
Disconnect the electrode leads from the PCB terminal
Remove the screw securing the electrode assembly to the burner assembly side plate
Withdraw the electrode assembly
Replacement and Reassembly
Fit the replacement electrode assembly
Reassemble in reverse order
Final Checks
Check the spark gap is 2.5 mm
