Remove the burner assembly as described in Section 2.7.2

Remove the end plates of the burner assembly and the central burner support plate

Reassemble components in reverse order

Re-commission the appliance as described in Section 2.6

Disconnect the thermistor from the exhaust fan outlet

Disconnect the two pin plug and socket connected to the end of the red/white cable situated behind the electrical chassis plate

Fit replacements as appropriate

Determine type of gas connection

Unscrew the union nut downstream of the gas service valve

Remove the electrical plug connections from the top of the gas valve

Release the flanged connections at the inlet and outlet of the gas valve

Reconnect the new valve ensuring correct orientation

Renew the sealing 'O' rings if necessary

Check that all connections are secure

Check that the primary sections of the burner tubes are clean and free from debris

Remove the combustion fan and exhaust collector box to expose the rear sections of the burner tubes

Remove the swirlers and check for any deterioration

Check the integrity of the burner tubes and clean if necessary

Visually inspect the integrity of the burner tubes externally, or verify using a gas analyser

Remove screws fixing filter box side cover

Withdraw original filters from the sliders

Fit replacement filters as appropriate

Reassemble filter box in reverse order
