Centrifugal Fan/Motor Replacement
Disconnect the electrical connections to the centrifugal fan section
Remove the side panels of the section for access to the fan and motor
Fit replacements as appropriate and reassemble in reverse order
If a 3-phase motor is being replaced, ensure that the direction of rotation is correct
Interchange any two of the three phases connected to the motor if the direction of rotation is incorrect
Check that all the parts are in place
Test the operation of the fan/motor after replacement
Describe any issues encountered during the replacement process
Limit Thermostat Replacement
Pre-Replacement Checks
Ensure thermostats are set correctly before fitment
Thermostat Removal
Remove the screws securing the thermostat phial mounting plate to the inner bulkhead and withdraw assembly
Unclip the phial
Remove the electrical connections from the limit thermostat
Remove the securing nut and remove thermostat from the front panel
Thermostat Replacement
Fit replacement thermostat in reverse order
Air Pressure Switches Replacement
Cover Removal
Remove the two screws securing the cover
Remove cover
Disconnect electrical connections
Pull off the sensing tube from the air pressure switch

Remove the screws fixing the air pressure switch

Exhaust Fan Maintenance
Disassembly
Remove the four screws securing the flue outlet socket
Disconnect the fan electrical connections from the main terminal strip
Remove the screws securing the fan mounting box to the exhaust header plate
Cleaning
Clean impeller by brushing with a stiff brush
Reassembly
Re-assemble using a new sealing gasket to the fan mounting box
Use silicon sealant around the joints
Heat Exchanger Maintenance
Burner Tube Inspection
Check that the primary sections of the burner tubes are clean and free from debris.
Remove the exhaust collector box to expose the rear sections of the burner tubes.
Carefully remove the swirlers and check for any deterioration.
Burner Tube Integrity Check
Check the integrity of the burner tubes and ensure they are clean.
Brush inside each tube until all foreign material has been removed.
External Inspection and Verification
Visually inspect the integrity of the burner tubes externally.
