Remove screws fixing filter box side cover

Lift away filter box side cover

Withdraw original filters from the sliders

Fit replacement filters as appropriate

Reassemble filter box in reverse order

Ensure the equipment is powered off

Disconnect the electrical plug from the R2R board

Squeeze and pop out the indicator bezel from the front panel

Reassemble the indicator bezel into the front panel

Reconnect the electrical plug to the R2R board

Disconnect the thermistor from the exhaust fan outlet

Disconnect the two pin plug and socket connected to the end of the red/white cable situated behind the electrical chassis plate

Fit replacements as appropriate

Check if a flexible gas connection is used

Unscrew the union nut downstream of the gas service valve if no flexible connection is used

Remove the electrical plug connections from the top of the gas valve

Release the flanged connections at the inlet and outlet of the gas valve and remove the valve

Reconnect the new valve ensuring correct orientation

Renew the sealing 'O' rings if necessary

Check that all parts are in place after reassembly

Ensure thermostats are set correctly before fitment

Remove the screws securing the thermostat phial mounting plate to the inner bulkhead and withdraw assembly

Remove the electrical connections from the limit thermostat

Remove the securing nut and remove thermostat from the front panel

Fit replacement thermostat in reverse order
