Preparation
Set tailstock in its work position
Mount the gauge holder with the magnetic base H on the chuck
Place the gauge I probe on the rotating head G taper
Concentricity Check and Adjustment
Check concentricity between spindle and rotating head by rotating the gauge (chuck)
Is a correction required?
Loosen the six screws F if correction is required
Describe the direction of rotation for lock-ring + bushing adjustment
CNC Lathe Automatic Mode Check
Tool Holder and Tool Check
Ensure tool-holders are securely fixed
Verify all tools are fitted in their correct position and securely fixed
Check insert wear and ensure it is well secured
Clamping Pressure Check
Enter the clamping pressure of the main spindle clamping attachment
Enter the clamping pressure of the sub-spindle clamping attachment
Final Safety Check
Confirm no wrenches used for tooling-up change have been left inside the machine

Release stop nut B of the valve on the side where intervention will be performed
Adjusting Forward Paddle Positioning Speed (Loading Area)
Enter the casing
Release the stop nut on side R1
Adjust the valve on side R1

Release the stop nut on side R2
