Describe any abnormal situations found during inspection

Check the lubricant level through opening A on door B

Is the lubricant level adequate?

Release stop nut B of the valve on the side where you will perform the intervention

Perform the adjusting by screw C

Adjusting Forward Paddle Positioning Speed (Loading Area)

Listen for abnormal noises near the machine

Inform supervisor if any abnormal situation is found

Enter the pneumatic system pressure (4-5 bar)

Enter the hydraulic system pressure (30 bar)

Is the chuck clamping pressure adequate?

Are there any alarm messages on the display?

Ensure daily inspection is performed at the start of each workshift.

Report any abnormal situations to the supervisor.

Use only emulsifying MINERAL and/or SEMI-SYNTHETIC oils at 5% concentration.

Select the recommended oil type for coolant

Check the coolant level on indicator A on container B of swarfs conveyor.

Is the coolant level below the maximum level on indicator A?

Insert the retaining rod C in the chuck

Loosen screws on the three jaws D

Avoid using compressed air to clean the seats of Allen screws

Do not beat the wrench with a hammer to loosen screws; use an extended wrench

Loosen off both screws on each jaw and extract the three jaws D together with the 'Tee' small blocks (E)

Clean the three 'Tee' small block seats

Take off 'Tee' small blocks and mount them back on the new jaws using the same screws
