Ensure daily inspection is performed at the start of each workshift.

Coolant Preparation
Use only emulsifying MINERAL and/or SEMI-SYNTHETIC oils at 5% concentration.
Select the recommended oil type for coolant

Insert the retaining rod C in the chuck
Loosen screws on the three jaws D
Avoid using compressed air to clean the seats of Allen screws
Do not beat the wrench with a hammer to loosen screws; use an extended wrench
Loosen off both screws on each jaw and extract the three jaws D together with the 'Tee' small blocks (E)
Clean the three 'Tee' small block seats
Assembly Procedure
Take off 'Tee' small blocks and mount them back on the new jaws using the same screws
