Enter the air pressure reading in kg/cm2 or Pa(Gauge)

Is the air pressure within the normal range?

Filter Regulator Unit Inspection

Check the bowl for water and contamination

Enter the pressure reading from the filter regulator unit

Check hoses and cables for issues

Were any hoses or cables replaced?

Turn off Power and depressurize system with air regulator or disconnect air.

Slowly lift Arm up and Pull Safety Latch Pin.

Release Arm to allow it to move Down by gravity.

Loosen the bolt and find proper location of EOAT for parts with pushing Shock absorber with Stopper.

Tighten the bolt after adjusting EOAT location.

Describe the precision positioning for finding suction cups position in EOAT location adjustment.

Check EOAT mounting screw for tightness

Check gripper screw for tightness

Fittings and Hardware Inspection

Inspect mounting hardware for tightness

Check the safety latch cylinder for proper operation

Test the Emergency Stop Button for proper functionality

Arm Rotation and Bolt Tightness

Turn off Power and depressurize system with air regulator or disconnect air

Adjust Block location as per figures

Push Block to the kick cylinder guide until the end of Shock Absorber Stroke and tighten the bolts of block

Adjust main arm location and find return position for application. Tighten bolts as needed

Press (M) and (/) at the same time until P1 blinks

Set pressure to -60 kPa using (V) or (/)

Press (M) for more than 1 second to finish setup

Verify that the LED displays the current Vacuum pressure
