Strapping Machine Strap Amount Adjustment
Preparation
Push and Lock the Stop Switch and turn off the Power Supply Switch.
Adjustment Area
Open the Table (Front) and loosen the nut that is fixing Adjust Spring Hook.
Determine the condition of the strap in the pool box
After making the adjustment, tighten the nut and fix Adjust Spring Hook.
Close the Table and fix it with screws.
Adjustment Actions
Turn the Adjust Spring Hook counterclockwise if there is insufficient strap.

Initial Check
Is the arrow mark of the handle's center within +/-45 degrees?
Adjustment Area
Open Table and move the Timing Plate
Press the Start Switch and make one cycle
Push and Lock the Stop Switch and turn off the Power Supply Switch
Open the Table and put a mark on Timing Plate ①
Manually turn Handle ② to align arrow mark overhead and center Right Band-way Cam hole ③ with bearing center ④
Loosen screw ⑤ and move the Timing Plate back to its original position

Safety Precautions
Ensure maintenance is performed by trained personnel.
Turn off machine power and unplug the power plug.
Avoid touching moving parts such as Rollers, Solenoids, Cam, linking parts, Right/Center/Left Blocks, and Slide Table.
Do not touch the heater when the machine is on.
Wait for the heater and M2 Motor to cool off after power is turned off.
Lock out the cam switch to avoid unintended power activation.
Ensure remaining electricity is discharged before working on the IC Board.
Handle springs carefully to avoid injury.

Loosen the nut of Idler Pulley
Relocate Idler Pulley to adjust tension
Measure slack in the belt
Is the belt tension appropriately adjusted?
