1 Daily Strapping Machine Maintenance
Safety Precautions
Ensure maintenance is performed by trained personnel.
Turn off machine power and unplug the power plug.
Avoid touching moving parts such as Rollers, Solenoids, Cam, linking parts, Right/Center/Left Blocks, and Slide Table.
Do not touch the heater when the machine is on.
Wait for the heater and M2 Motor to cool off after power is turned off.
Lock out the cam switch to avoid unintended power activation.
Ensure remaining electricity is discharged before working on the IC Board.
Handle springs carefully to avoid injury.

Open the Table (Rear)

Pull out Snap Pin
Adjust the Reverse Spring Adjuster
Insert Snap Pin and fix Reverse Spring Adjuster
Strapping Machine Forward Touch Pressure Adjustment
Preparation
Push and Lock the Stop Switch and turn off the Power Supply Switch.
Open the Table (Rear).
Adjustment
Loosen Nut ① and turn the Feed Spring Hook ②.
Adjust the Feed Spring Adjuster to modify pressure
Tighten Nut ① and fix Feed Spring Adjuster ②.
Finalization
Close the Table and fix it with screws.
