Ensure maintenance is performed by trained personnel.

Turn off machine power and unplug the power plug.

Avoid touching moving parts such as Rollers, Solenoids, Cam, linking parts, Right/Center/Left Blocks, and Slide Table.

Do not touch the heater when the machine is on.

Wait for the heater and M2 Motor to cool off after power is turned off.

Lock out the cam switch to avoid unintended power activation.

Ensure remaining electricity is discharged before working on the IC Board.

Handle springs carefully to avoid injury.

Pre-maintenance Safety Precautions

Ensure only trained personnel perform the maintenance

Turn off the machine power and unplug the power plug

Avoid touching moving parts such as Rollers, Solenoids, Cam, linking parts, Right/Center/Left Blocks and Slide Table

Do not touch the heater when the machine is on

Wait for the heater and M2 Motor to cool off after power is turned off

Lock out the cam switch to avoid unintended power activation

Avoid touching M2 Motor when the machine is on

Identify the symptom of the touch pressure issue

Push and Lock the Stop Switch and turn off the Power Supply Switch

Adjust the Reverse Spring Adjuster

Insert Snap Pin and fix Reverse Spring Adjuster

Push and Lock the Stop Switch and turn off the Power Supply Switch.

Loosen Nut ① and turn the Feed Spring Hook ②.

Adjust the Feed Spring Adjuster to modify pressure

Tighten Nut ① and fix Feed Spring Adjuster ②.

Close the Table and fix it with screws.

Turn off the Power Supply Switch

Measure the slack of the belt in the middle of 2 FR Rollers

Is the belt tension appropriately adjusted?
